The idea, and the market.
Qatar's home-services market is spread across many licensed offices and companies, and customers have to contact them one by one. Firnas brings them together: customers browse offers, compare them, book a licensed company and pay through the platform.
Firnas does not provide the services itself. It sits between the two sides: providers stay independent and licensed, and the platform handles listings, bookings, payments and protection for both.
